Glamora Academy is proud to offer the “Sashakt Mahila Beauty & Makeup Course,” a skill-development initiative created to help women learn professional beauty skills, become financially independent, and build their own careers.
The course has already been successfully introduced at our Banarhat Branch, where one batch of students has completed their training, and several of them have already started working and providing beauty services in their own local areas.
Following this encouraging beginning, admissions for the next batch at Banarhat are now open.
We are also excited to announce that Glamora Academy is coming soon to Gorubathan, with our new Gorubathan Branch set to be inaugurated shortly.
From Learning Skills to Starting Their Own Journey
For Glamora Academy, the real success of a training programme is when students are able to use what they have learned to create opportunities for themselves.
Our first batch of the Sashakt Mahila Beauty & Makeup Course has successfully completed their training at Banarhat. After learning practical beauty and salon skills, students from the batch have started working and offering beauty services in their respective areas.
For many women, learning a professional skill can be the beginning of something much bigger — an opportunity to earn independently, work from their own locality, build a client base, or eventually establish their own beauty parlour.
Seeing our students put their skills into practice is an encouraging step towards the purpose behind the Sashakt Mahila initiative — empowering women through practical skills and self-employment opportunities.

Students enrolling in the programme will also receive:
- FREE Bridal Makeup Class
- FREE HydraFacial Class
These additional classes give students exposure to more advanced and popular services in the beauty industry.

No previous professional experience in the beauty industry is required to begin learning.
Our Gorubathan Branch will be inaugurated soon, bringing professional beauty, makeup and salon skill training closer to women and aspiring beauty professionals in Gorubathan and surrounding areas. The Sashakt Mahila Beauty & Makeup Course will also be introduced at our Gorubathan Branch.
Women from Gorubathan and nearby areas will soon have an opportunity to receive practical beauty training and develop skills that can help them explore employment as well as self-employment opportunities.
